I remain skeptical as you are, yet paranoid at the same time! I am sort of a borderline person as far as immunity is concerned, but have not had the flu shot in years. I have had the flu more than once. In my particular case, I guess I'd rather risk the flu than risk getting Guillain Barre syndrome which a friend of mine had.
